Dave Tribbett

Dave relocated to Medford, OR in 1990 and made Southern Oregon home. He graduated from North Medford and attended RCC after serving in the U.S. Army. Dave is now married and has three sons. He loves all that our community has to offer. Dave and his wife are local business owners and active in the local business community. Dave is actively involved in community and non-profit events. After seeing the needs in the community, he pulled together connections to create a board and start SORIN – Southern Oregon Research and Innovation Network!

Tom Homewood

Tom Homewood

Vice President

Tom moved from the Bay Area in California in 2016 to Southern Oregon to start Awen Winecraft. He is passionate about the area, outdoor life, music and education. Tom is a big believer in education, and realized how lucky he was to receive such a great STEM-based education from his public high school in Ohio. He believes that there is a new ‘middle class’, one that has transformed from a primarily manufacturing-based economy to one that is now based on technology. Joining the talented SORIN team was a ‘no-brainer’ as helping to provide the education and training required to keep America moving forward is essential.

Tom received his Bachelor of Science from the US Air Force Academy and his Masters of Science from the University of Southern California. He and his wife (who has her own business) have one son, three dogs and 8 chickens!
